Theo Parrish - Sound Signature Sounds 2

Theo Parrish is one of the brightest representatives of the Detoit deep house scene. For almost 20 years, he continues to influence contemporary club music with his unique production style and breathtaking club appearances. Born in Washington, grew up in Chicago in the mid 80s, currently residing in Detroit, Theo Parrish cultivate his taste in music with the sounds of Miles Davis, Nina Simone and George Gershwin, and in 1985 began to play music and producing. He is the man behind the independent label Sound Signature, which over the years issued only 12 "inch singles, and in 2008, released its first digital compilation, containing mostly unreleased and rare recordings of Parrish. With this he entered the digital market and technologies, altough he is one of the few DJs who still play strictly vinyl  and always uses analog mixer. Recently, he released the second part of the compilation Sound Signature Sounds. The disc contains nine tracks, eight of which are by Theo Parrish. Other artists involved in the compilation are Dwele, John Douglas and Trent Mitchell. Sound Signature Sounds is a must start for anyone not familiar with the works of Theo Parrish.
